We've had enough to last us through the rest of this year.

I've never had cauliflower cheddar soup, that sounds really good. I've made just cauliflower soup using the entire cauliflower (including some of the green shell), veggie broth, a little heavy cream, Swiss and Mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper.

Hugs,
SandySandy Livesayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06183449816586125720noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1423140573667417407.post-31367123487003480012017-09-27T18:39:43.880-05:002017-09-27T18:39:43.880-05:00MrsDM - It really is strange but when I'm not ...MrsDM - It really is strange but when I'm not hungry, I have a TERRIBLE time getting a good meal on the table. If I lived alone, I'd probably just snack on potato chips. Hooray!

I know you love the heat, but we here do NOT! (So why do I complain about not having enough heat for my warm weather crops to grow?!!) Today was supposed to be sunny, but as usual, we had a couple of period of light rain. At least nothing to stop us from what we were trying to do.

I say bring on the Thanksgiving and Halloween weather! Its sunny today. But they are promising more moisture for the weekend. Bah. I am a cook just like you, if I am not hungry I don't want to cook! Please feel free to send your rain in our direction. We have not had a drop of rain since the 9th of September. It's either feast or famine around here.Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12573143203599624833noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1423140573667417407.post-1819949953424623392017-09-27T08:34:59.908-05:002017-09-27T08:34:59.908-05:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1423140573667417407.post-86585612654462560892017-09-27T07:05:13.046-05:002017-09-27T07:05:13.046-05:00Your rain may be visiting us soon. I have to make that. I think I still have some frozen cauliflower...I just need to wait out my first Cheddar! :)

We have not had the rain you have...I wonder when it'll reach us. It's just been sweltering hot and humid, but there are thunderstorms tomorrow in the forecast, so it should break the heat wave then it's back to fall weather and thoughts of Thanksgiving and Halloween. :)Rain https://www.blogger.com/profile/14377719049819222133noreply@blogger.com
