I belong to an orange conservancy here (idea is to keep the farmers in business and not selling the land to developers) so we get 10 lbs of oranges every week. That's alot for the two of us, so we share alot. Wish you were closer!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1423140573667417407.post-49473488721465584292009-03-21T14:42:00.000-05:002009-03-21T14:42:00.000-05:00Hi, Ruthie - We ended up with a full 4" of snow la...Hi, Ruthie - We ended up with a full 4" of snow last night. Today is a typical not-nice spring day . . . gray, bone-chilling damp, in the 30s, and oh so slushy, muddy, slippery, ishy-glishy. But as a good friend of ours is fond of saying, it doesn't have to be sunny to be a good day!

Hope you enjoy the cookies.Mama Peahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03649357184167949247noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1423140573667417407.post-12703353562785093452009-03-21T13:18:00.000-05:002009-03-21T13:18:00.000-05:00Oh pooh that you got snow on the first day of spri...Oh pooh that you got snow on the first day of spring!
Thanks for this recipe. I seem to remember my mom making this cookie when we were little and I'm going to try it this weekend.
