Sad to know it will be hard to control - sounds a bit invasive.
Sure, you can list me on your Blogs I Visit. I'm having alot of fun writing it!Jordanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05712893867575841432noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1423140573667417407.post-58521077063986761312009-06-11T10:00:33.405-05:002009-06-11T10:00:33.405-05:00Hi, Jordan! We feed some to our poultry, and use some for our own eating . . . the young, small, tender leaves only as when they get big, they are prickly, strong flavored and mucilaginous. Basically we just like having it around for its medicinal purposes.

I'm really enjoying reading your blog! Would you mind if I listed it on my blog under Blogs I Visit?Mama Peahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03649357184167949247noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1423140573667417407.post-45187380579053962662009-06-09T15:44:25.152-05:002009-06-09T15:44:25.152-05:00Hi, this is Jordan.

I have a bunch of it taking over the old barn foundation.

BTW: I did end up starting a blog, here: http://bluehillstead.blogspot.com/

Thanks for the suggestion. It's good to write abot my beginner's mistakes, then let them go.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1423140573667417407.post-7566375152507893252009-06-06T20:23:55.177-05:002009-06-06T20:23:55.177-05:00MaineCelt - Ah, yes, good ol' comfrey. But I shouldn't knock it . . . it's a great medicinal plant.Mama Peahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03649357184167949247noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1423140573667417407.post-43299396237133298622009-06-06T04:57:25.197-05:002009-06-06T04:57:25.197-05:00Ahhh, comfrey! Even though I dug the soil two feet deep and removed every visible trace of comfrey root, guess what came back, stronger than before? (Sorry about that, thyme, oregano, chives, marjoram, lovage, and alpine strawberry plants!)MaineCelthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06318937035647123010noreply@blogger.com
