We went to bed with hte sun and rose with it too. It just made sense. After surgery, we came home and took a nap. We go go go all spring/summer/winter. I normally get 5 hours of sleep. This time of year it cranks up to six. Hubby goes from 8 up to 9 hours of sleep. And yet the world continues-LOL! Enjoy the "time-out" dear lady. I still don't do it a lot, but when the seasonal changes like this one come around, it takes my brain/body a bit to get re-combulated. LOL (I know that's not a word.) There is no shame in naps and they are actually good for you. You'd be able to be up in the evening to get all those fun things done. My husband swears by his 5 min naps on the couch when he's off work. For me if no one is going to die cause I'm taking a nap then a nap I'll take.Sparklesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02806553694200529082noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1423140573667417407.post-27227394727565548462013-11-25T19:04:38.500-06:002013-11-25T19:04:38.500-06:00I'm with you Mama Pea.
